If you are carrying a lot, you get to ask a lot of questions. Here are a few we hear often.
Is this therapy or medical treatment?
No. Harmonic Leader is a coaching and nervous system support container. Harmonic Egg® sessions are a complementary wellness modality that support relaxation and balance. They are not a replacement for therapy, medical care, or crisis support. Audrey can collaborate with your existing providers, but does not function as a clinician within this container.
Do I have to be local for Harmonic Egg® sessions?
Harmonic Egg® sessions take place in-person at a Harmonic Egg® location. If you are local to Audrey, sessions will be scheduled at a partner center. If you are out of area, we will explore travel options, session intensives, or a modified package that blends in-person sessions with additional coaching and remote support.
Can my organization or church sponsor this?
Often, yes. Many clients use professional development, wellness, or continuing education funds to invest in this work. Audrey can provide a proposal, letter, or invoice language tailored to your organization’s context while honoring the confidentiality and care you need.
What is the time commitment?
Most leaders can expect 60–90 minutes every other week for coaching, plus scheduled Harmonic Egg® sessions. We co-design a rhythm that respects your call schedule, board meetings, and family life. This work is about creating more capacity, not adding one more impossible thing.
What happens after I apply?
You’ll complete a short application and book a Harmonic Fit Call with Audrey. We’ll explore your current season, leadership context, and goals. If it’s a mutual yes, we’ll choose your package, finalize logistics, and schedule your first Harmonic Egg® + coaching sessions.
